The HRCI provides the Professional Human Resource (PHR) and Senior Human Resource professional (SPHR) designation that signifies that you have mastered the HR body of knowledge. Each year, PHR and SPHR certified professionals must earn recertification credit to maintain their designations.  The HRCI authorizes pre-qualified vendors to offer recertification accredited programs for HR professionals.
