NEXTLevel Leadership
Do
your technical teams have the right leadership to be successful?
Business continues to be challenging for technical
companies-downsizing, budget cuts, outsourcing and doing more with
less. Many organizations are turning to their less experienced
technical professionals to take on greater leadership and management
roles without being fully prepared. Lack of leadership
training, support and coaching, can cause lower team morale,
schedule delays and ultimately lose valued contracts and high
potential professionals.
